Installing for the First Time

Download the APK
Use the download button above on the phone itself, or transfer the file from a computer.

Allow the installation
Android will ask permission to install an app from outside the Play Store. This is expected — approve it for this installation.

Open and sign in
Sign in with your registered notifier phone number. Allow notifications when asked — that is how the app tells you when your alerts are registered.

That is the last manual install
From now on the app checks for updates daily and installs them itself. You can also check manually from the About screen at any time.
Upgrading from version 2.2.6 or older
Sync all pending alerts first, then uninstall the old app before installing this one. This is a one-time step caused by a security upgrade to the app's signing. From version 2.2.7 onward, updates install automatically.
